Rae helped me with my cleansing my aura once. I did not expect much from the session except to bring about relaxation. But after the session something within me changed. My perspectives shifted for certain life issues I am facing. Rae also held a safe non judgemental space during her session. Her essentials oils (particularly Luminous clearing) what I have been using on a daily basis now during my mediation session to help cleanse my energy. It is like a shower but energetically.
